Ingredients
Method
- Using a microwave or double boiler over medium heat, melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil stirring frequently to ensure the chips don't burn.
- Gently push the skewer about halfway into the cream of the Oreo.
- Dip the Oreo on the skewer into the white chocolate. Depending on the depth of your bowl, you may need to spoon the white chocolate over the oreo to ensure all the sides are evenly coated. Gently shake off the excess white chocolate.
- Transfer the coated Oreo to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Take one of the peanut butter cup halves and dip it in white chocolate, then place on top of the Oreo to make it look like an ornament.
- While the white chocolate is still wet, add sprinkles. Repeat until all Oreos have been used.
- To set the chocolate, transfer to the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
