  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder omit if serving to children
  • 1 scoop Amy Myers vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon Phospholipid Complex
  • 1 tbsp pysillium husk powder
  • 1 scoop Amy Myers Gut Revive
  • 1 handful spinach
