Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 1 minute
Course: lunch, Main Course, Side Dish
Cuisine: American

Ingredients

AIP Ranch Mix
  • 2-3 tsp dried dill**
  • 2 tsp dried garlic powder
  • 1 TBS dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried chives
  • 1 tsp dried onion flakes
  • 1 TBS + 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt plus more to taste
AIP Ranch Dressing
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut yogurt like Culina or Coco June
  • 6 TBS avocado oil plus more as needed
  • 2 TBS dried Ranch Mix

Method

AIP Ranch Mix
  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar and stir or shake to combine.
  2. After making the ranch dressing, use any leftover seasoning to add flavor to grilled meats, roasted veggies, or sprinkle on avocado toast.
  3. **I love a strong dill flavor to my Ranch, so I use 3 tsp when I make this. If you’re not a huge dill fan, just use 2 tsp.
AIP Ranch Dressing
  1. Add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl and whisk until fully combined.
  2. Note: This dressing will get thicker once refrigerated. You can add more avocado oil if needed, if the dressing thickens too much.
