AIP Ranch
Growing up in Texas, Ranch dressing is a staple ingredient in every household. I grew up eating ranch slathered over iceberg lettuce salads or as a dip for cheese fries, fried pickles, grilled cheese, or even pizza. This Texas girl loves ranch!
After going on the AIP diet, I was determined to continue enjoying this beloved dipping sauce. During my time on AIP, I discovered that while it is fundamentally a diet of protein and vegetables with some minimal amounts of fruit mixed, finding flavorful sauces was the best way to make chicken and vegetables another night of the week seem appealing and even delicious.
You can use this AIP ranch as a delicious way to add flavor to your AIP bowls or as a dip for freshly cut veggies, drizzled on top of a protein bowl, or smeared on a AIP wrap or an AIP club sandwich. The ways to enjoy this sauce are limitless.
Storage
This dressing will last for about 2-3 days stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

- 1 tsp dried chives
- 1 tsp dried onion flakes
- 1 TBS + 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions
AIP Ranch Mix
- Add all ingredients to a mason jar and stir or shake to combine.
- After making the ranch dressing, use any leftover seasoning to add flavor to grilled meats, roasted veggies, or sprinkle on avocado toast.
- **I love a strong dill flavor to my Ranch, so I use 3 tsp when I make this. If you’re not a huge dill fan, just use 2 tsp.
AIP Ranch Dressing
- Add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl and whisk until fully combined.
- Note: This dressing will get thicker once refrigerated. You can add more avocado oil if needed, if the dressing thickens too much.
