Oh hey! I'm Sarah!

After being diagnosed with Hashimoto's over a decade ago, I started a journey to heal through food. Gluten had to go, for starters. Then I discovered that focusing on whole, nutrient-dense ingredients made me feel so much better, so nowadays my family and I follow mainly a Paleo diet.

My passion is creating delicious recipes that just happen to be gluten-free and anti-inflammatory. I experiment a lot in my kitchen coming up with meals, snacks and baked goods my family just devours.

I started sharing my recipes online in hopes of helping others on a healing diet find a little delight each day, in between all the restrictions. Food should make you feel good, inside and out! Let's nourish ourselves back to health, one tasty bite at a time.
