Apple Cider Vinaigrette
This is a sweet and tangy homemade vinaigrette! This is my favorite dressing to pour over my kale salad.
Ingredients
Method
- Add all ingredients to a mason jar and use an immersion blender to fully combine.
- Taste test and adjust seasonings as needed. An extra tablespoon or two of maple syrup for a sweeter dressing, or an extra pinch of salt to make the ingredients pop.
Notes
This dressing can also be made in a blender, by adding a lid to the mason jar and shaking, or in a bowl with a whisk.
