Banana Split Rice Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 rice cake
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter of your choice
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 1 tablespoon nuts of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon Enjoy Life Foods chocolate chips melted

Method
 

  1. Start with a crisp rice cake as your base.
  2. Spread your chosen nut butter evenly over the rice cake.
  3. Arrange the banana slices on top of the nut butter.
  4. Sprinkle your favorite nuts over the banana slices.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler.
  6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of your creation.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy banana split treat!
