Chocolate Dipped Paleo Churro Chips

A fun and healthier twist on this classic dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 24 Siete cinnamon churro chips
  • 6 ounces chocolate chips
Toppings
  • crushed pistachios paleo
  • crushed chocolate-covered candies dye-free
  • sprinkles dye-free
Optional
  • 2 TBS avocado or coconut oil if needed

Method
 

  1. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or using the double boiler method, stirring frequently to prevent seizing. If the chocolate seizes up, just add 1-2 TBS of avocado or coconut oil to re-achieve desired consistency.
  2. Dip churro chip in the chocolate mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle with desired toppings. If eating that day, diced strawberries would also be fabulous.
  4. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
