Method
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave or using the double boiler method, stirring frequently to prevent seizing. If the chocolate seizes up, just add 1-2 TBS of avocado or coconut oil to re-achieve desired consistency.
- Dip churro chip in the chocolate mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with desired toppings. If eating that day, diced strawberries would also be fabulous.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
