Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients
  

Chia Pudding Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup chocolate collagen powder
  • 2 cups unsweetened nut milk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings
  • Fresh berries
  • Bee Free gluten-free granola

Method
 

  1. Add all chia seed ingredients to a bowl and whisk until combined.
  2. Refrigerate until pudding has thickened, about two hours.
  3. Top with berries and granola.
