Gluten-Free Mini Fruit Pizzas with Cream Cheese Frosting

This is a healthier version of the traditional fruit pizza! Gluten-free and dairy-free. Use berries for a patriotic, red, white and blue look!

  1. Wash, dry and slice the fruit.
  2. Bake the sugar cookies according to package.
  3. Make the dairy-free cream cheese icing.
  4. Assemble cookies by piping desired amount of frosting on each cookie and then arranging fruit on top.
