Lemon Avocado Dressing

This sweet and delicious dressing was inspired by my favorite dressing from Flower Child!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large avocado
  • 2 lemons juiced (about 2 TBS)
  • 3 TBS avocado oil
  • 2 TBS honey
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Water**

Method
 

  1. Put all ingredients except water in a food processor or blender and combine fully
  2. Add water until dressing reaches desired consistency. **Note: I like my dressing thick and creamy and find that about 4 TBS of water works well for my preferred texture. But you can add as little as 2 TBS of water or as much as ½ cup of water to get your desired consistency.
