Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, add slivered almonds, maple syrup, olive oil, and salt. Use hands or tongs to toss to evenly coat. Spread out in an even.
Bake for 3-5 minutes until the slivered almonds start to brown. Remove from oven and stir, trying to push browned slivered almonds to the center to give the outer almonds a chance to brown. Note: The almonds on the outer edges brown quicker.
Bake for another 1-2 minutes. If needed, stir again and return to oven. Repeat step 4 until browned to your liking.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before adding to salad or enjoying as a snack.
